Here's the big question. How is it that most entrepreneurs hustle and are always busy and struggle to take just one step forward, only to fall two steps back? They're dedicated, determined and driven, but only a few finally break through and win. This show uncovers those quantum leap patterns of highly successful people so you can simply model what they do and apply to your future success. That's the question. And the answers are right here. My name is Brigitta Hoeferle and this is the Success Patterns Show. And happy Tuesday, everyone. I sure hope that you are staying warm because here in the ATL it is cold. Success is an interesting thing because it shapes its meaning within each individual success seeker and it's not limited to business or personal or your personal life. It can be either or. Brigitta Hoeferle:
And she's very special to me in many ways. She comes from the mindset that success is measured in so many different ways to her money, influence, and most importantly, the people and the companies that she chooses to work with. One of her areas of service is implementation guys. She's the implementation queen, and she strongly believes in agreements as she is serving, as she is assisting, as she is guiding in other people's decision making progress. She is the leading business owner in implementing strategies for infinite success, encompassing your journey authentically, strategically results driven. She is the Implementation Queen and you're going to find out why she is called the Implementation Queen. And for some of you that have been watching the success pattern show over the many, many months that we have now, I think we're coming up to a year now. You know that I have been working with this very incredible and special woman, Jeanne Sierra for Jeanne, thank you for being here on the Success Patterns Show. I am excited to be here and welcome Caprice for being here as well. Thank you for tuning in and sharing with others guys. There are so many great nuggets that you are going to write down today. That brings me to another quick thing that I want to tell you that I have something to write with and something to write on because I know Jeanne is going to drop some nuggets. So, Jeanne, you are the implementation queen. What does that mean? And you hear me? I think. Fantastic. So, Jeanne, you're known as the Implementation Queen. Implementing what? Implementing for what purpose? Implementing whom or how. There are people that go. Some people call them lovingly, like self development junkies or people that go from one course to another, you know. It's almost like they want to learn so much. They're hungry for knowledge, but they're going to so many courses and they're there. It's hard for them to absorb everything in such such a short time. So I love the the strategy that you just shared with us, you know, implementing 3 to 5 things out of a course and then implementing them. And I'm pretty sure if you guys go to a course or a workshop or something that there's more than just 3 to 5 points that you can implement.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
Learn. Do teach. Learn. Do teach. And it's not a one time, Jeanne. Learn. Do teach. It is something. Over and over. It. It's it's invaluable. Absolutely. It's invaluable because you are actually taking intentional action on the things that you're learning and implementing them. And that is something so powerful that you teach that everyone. I want to encourage everyone to get with Jeanine because that strategy all in itself, when you implement that, you're getting the richness out of it. Now, I have learned many great things from Jeanne, like Jeanne is an absolute master when it comes to anything LinkedIn. So, you know, if you're not connected with Jeanne on LinkedIn yet, we're going to talk about that later. She has she is taking courses. Jeanne, tell us more about all of the courses over the many years that you have invested in yourself and what do you what's like a common denominator that you're getting out of all of these courses? Mm hmm. Mm hmm. You know, that's that's another strategy that you're so strong in. When. When Jeanne says she's going to do something, Jeanne is going to frickin do it. There's no excuses. There's no explanation. There's no arguments. There is. And I want to tap into that. What I read earlier from your bio and what you also touched upon, there's an agreement. And when you make an agreement, tell me more about what that what that does and why agreements are so incredibly powerful and necessary.

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Hmm. Mm hmm.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
So there's a piece of clarity. When you set clear agreements and you say, you know, there's no bullying, no biting, no pushing, no. And you work with organizations, you work with, you know, adults, We all well, we think we work with adults. And we the clearer we set the expectation, the clearer we said the agreement, the less pushing and bullying and all of that. And isn't it funny? Or sad or interesting that we have to set those kind of agreements or. Is it just very powerful?

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Mhm. Who?

Brigitta Hoeferle:
It's not a big deal and it's actually very simple to do. And yet, why is the majority of people not doing that? Is it uncomfortable?

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Mm hmm. Mm hmm.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
The mindset and the thought process that you're coming from is so rich. Were you born that way? I mean, were you. Did you did you grow up that way? Tell us about that. Jeanne's about to fall off her chair. You guys.

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
How.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
Ooh, Toastmasters. So when you. When did you start going to Toastmasters? And what did you. What was the number one learning that you got out of Toastmasters? Trip and fall. For what reason? Why? Why would people want to go? Like deliberately go to a group like Toastmasters or National Speaker Association or anything like that to literally trip and fall? For what reason?

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Hmm.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
Sharks in public speaking.

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Hmm. Mm hmm.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
Were they a bunch of millennials? So so what I'm hearing is you got to know who your audience is. You got to know speaking to got to know the do's and don'ts. And you don't know the do's and don'ts until you've somewhat kind of practiced it and kicked its tires, kick the tires on it. And and that's why you call it getting the yuck out, you know, speaking in front of a group of people. And when you do it, when you do something, repetition, repetition is the mother of all skill. You become better and better and better at it. So you didn't. Grow up or were born like the incredible implementation queen that you are today. That's right. You are not just going into organizations and corporations and training them. You're also working with entrepreneurs, with individuals, and you do an incredible work. And I don't say that from reading that about you. I know that from hands on, witnessing it over and over and over again, that you're doing an incredible job in in, in, in, in empowering your team, your team excellence. And you are a model for them, right? There's one of the laws of NLP that states that we're all about expert modeling and you are an expert modeler, if that's a word where right now it is one because. Yeah, it is one now, isn't it? Who are you modeling?

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Mhm.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
Oh.

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Just.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
Yeah. And thank you for sharing that, Jeanne. And I know that you have many other great courses that you that you take and that you implement and that you learn from. I want to ask you, because you're a leader in your own right. You're a leader of leaders. In your definition or finish the sentence. Leaders are what? Simplicity implementation focusing on. The things that you can do immediately. I like to call them the low hanging fruits. What's easiest for you? And we talked about low hanging fruits. I think it was yesterday morning on on our NLP Nation. And I really want you to, if you're open for it, to express what you said yesterday, because there's so much truth in that. Right. When we implement the for the low hanging fruit, that means that we can get our return on investment much quicker. Tell us about the low hanging fruit.

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Oh.

Brigitta Hoeferle:
They're right because there's no failure, only feedback. Right. And when we're not aware that those fruits are hanging so low that all I got to do is go and grab them, then yeah, that's a big pain of kind of just missing the boat or now I'm jumping analogies here, but letting those fruits rot, that that's, that's a that's a bummer. That's a real bummer. Now people can there's so much that you help people to do and people can get with you because you brought a gift for us. Right? What's your.

Jeanne Zierhoffer:
Gift? Woo!

Brigitta Hoeferle:
That's powerful. So it's Jeanne is she's an incredible certified coach. And it's not that she had to be there in order to give you insights on what you can do, because the genius is already in the person that you're working with. You're just helping them to bring it out and that they can implement it immediately. So let me go back to this 15 minute strategy implementation call. Go to HTTPS colon, double slash my my dot time trade dot com slash book slash v d g h j. Those last five letters are all capitalized. So my dot time trade dot com slash book slash v g h j. How else can people get in touch with you, Jeanne? Who he. Yes. That is such that is such a truth bomb right there. And it makes things a lot easier and it makes it much more fun picking all of those great low hanging fruits when it's fun. I love seeing Jeane work with people and helping organizations and helping individuals get with Jeanne Zierhoffer I'm going to spell her last name again. Z. I. E. R. H. O. F. F. E. R. It's the only genius here, Hoffer, that you find on LinkedIn. So get with her or find her on LinkedIn. Jeanne. Any last parting words that you have for us today?
